We understand the employment issues provider face, as well as the issues practices must consider in employing and retaining providers. In representing individual providers and groups throughout the country, we have developed a unique expertise preparing, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of provider employment agreements, compensation plans, buy-in and buy-out agreements, and restrictive covenants (non-competition and non-solicitation provisions).

Through our flat fee structure, we routinely draft, review, and negotiate the terms of physician employment agreements, physician shareholder agreements, and medical director agreements.  The provider agreements, medical practice personnel manuals, and provider employee handbooks we draft  assure compliance with all federal and state labor/employment laws.
